Incentivo \u00e0 Reforma e Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o de Resid\u00eancias, com o objetivo de promover a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das fachadas de im\u00f3veis hist\u00f3ricos localizados em \u00e1reas metropolitanas.<\/p>\n<p>O texto em an\u00e1lise na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados prev\u00ea que os recursos para a reforma dessas fachadas ser\u00e3o subsidiados pelo governo federal, por meio da concess\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos a juros zero pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras oficiais.<\/p>\n<p>Os benefici\u00e1rios eleg\u00edveis para essa modalidade de financiamento ser\u00e3o os propriet\u00e1rios de resid\u00eancias localizadas em \u00e1reas urbanas que necessitem de reforma e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o, prioritariamente nas regi\u00f5es metropolitanas.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a proposta, as obras beneficiadas pela pol\u00edtica nacional dever\u00e3o observar padr\u00f5es est\u00e9ticos e t\u00e9cnicos estabelecidos pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, visando a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico e arquitet\u00f4nico das cidades.<\/p>\n<p>A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas reformas caber\u00e1 \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es que ofertarem linhas de cr\u00e9dito \u2013 o Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES) e os demais bancos p\u00fablicos \u2013 e aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais de planejamento urbano.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das fachadas de patrim\u00f4nios hist\u00f3ricos s\u00e3o cruciais na salvaguarda da identidade cultural e na
